This study examines the implementation of IT governance within a global company experiencing rapid growth through acquisitions, which has led to structural complexity and governance inconsistencies. Using the COBIT 2019 framework, the research applies a mixed-method approach combining qualitative analysis through goal cascade alignment and quantitative capability level assessment. Data were collected from interviews, internal documents, and corporate reports. The findings reveal varying capability levels across processes, with several achieving high maturity (Level 4), particularly in innovation, relationships, knowledge, and project management, while others remain at moderate levels (Level 2–3), especially in program and change management. Key gaps include insufficient formal documentation, limited continuous improvement mechanisms, and lack of integrated measurement practices. The study concludes that while the organization has a strong governance foundation, targeted improvements are necessary to achieve standardized, consistent, and measurable IT governance practices that support sustainable global growth and strategic transformation.
